Station Road 

We were approached by the owner of this property in Chigwell with the view to building a new house on their adjoining land. The original cottage had been significantly extended back in the early 1980’s, taking up much of the available land that fronted the street. 

By returning the cottage to its original footprint we were able to position two semi-detached houses on the site.  This intervention will compliment the remainder of the street in continuing the pattern of modern infill houses alongside an original cottage while maximising the potential of the site.
