A collection of sheds and stores occupied the space to the side of this Victorian property located in Epsom's Conservation Area . The project adds a single storey side extension that compliments the vernacular architecture to the street while offering a contemporary face to the rear of the property. The glass extension and alterations to the kitchen provide an open plan and social space for the family to enjoy.

The first floor was reconfigured to orientate the Master Bedroom across the front of the property and create a new bathroom.
